This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies. We only load external content if you consent – via the banner on your first visit or by clicking on the content in question. You can change your choice at any time:

Technically necessary (always active)

We store the following information exclusively locally in your browser (“local storage”). It is not transmitted to us:

  • scc-consent – your choice in the cookie banner and when you made it; kept until you change or delete it.
  • scc-vergleich – the court models selected in the model comparison.
  • scc-nl-popup – whether you have closed the newsletter notice (it then stays hidden for 30 days) or have subscribed.
  • scc-designer-hinweis – when you closed the Court Designer notice (it then stays hidden for 30 days).
  • scc-gestenhinweis – in the Court Designer (crm.scc-courts.de): whether the usage hint has already been shown.

The legal basis is § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG.

External media (only with consent)

  • YouTube (Google Ireland Limited) in privacy-enhanced mode, youtube-nocookie.com
  • Microsoft Bookings (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.) for booking appointments
  • LeasinGO calculator (leasingo.cloud) on the financing page

As soon as this content loads, the providers receive your IP address and may set cookies; data may be transferred to the USA in the process. The legal basis is your consent (§ 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with effect for the future.

Cookie-free audience measurement

So that we know which pages are read and how well our forms work, we count page views, clicks on important buttons (e.g. “Request a quote”) and whether a form was started, submitted or abandoned – without cookies and without storing anything in your browser. We also record where the visit came from (e.g. a search engine, a referring website, campaign parameters), the device type, the language, and the country and region derived from your IP address. Your IP address is only used briefly to generate a checksum, together with the browser identifier and the date, that changes daily; we do not store the IP address itself. The content of form fields is not recorded. The measurement data is kept in our CRM and deleted after 25 months. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a website that meets users’ needs (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object to this at any time (Art. 21 GDPR), e.g. by emailing hello@scc-courts.de.

Our own services

Fonts, videos on our pages (except YouTube), the project map and the Court Designer are served from our own domains (www.scc-courts.de and crm.scc-courts.de, hosted by Vercel) and do not set cookies. The Court Designer only stores the usage hint mentioned above in your browser.
