From the idea to the opening

We support your project in every phase – with the experience from running our own facility. Permits and financing are handled through our partners.

  1. Initial call

    30-minute video call, free of charge and without obligation. You tell us about your idea, we give you a first assessment.

  2. Site & feasibility

    Site analysis, type of use, zoning plan, market potential and a first cost estimate.

  3. Permit

    Building permit, change of use, fire protection – via our partner Planeco Building.

  4. Concept & financing

    Court selection, layout, budget. Financing by loan, leasing via LeasinGO or the mindspring model.

  5. Construction & installation

    Foundation, delivery, installation, lighting, surface – on schedule, by certified teams.

  6. Opening & operation

    Handover, training, support for your opening – and service for as long as your facility runs.
